SHAIMA AL SAYED
Shaima Al Sayed, an Event Organizer with Viva Arts handling corporate and personal events. She has always spoken passionately about the UAE culture and stereotypes on Arabs which made her take up two new lines --- Teaching Foreigners "How to speak Emarati" wherein she teaches her students how to communicate in Arabic that has proved both effective and instantaneous and also cover topics from the Emirati culture. Her other passion has become "Stand-up Comedy" wherein she has struck quite the curiosity being the girl in the sheila and abaya who talk about stereotypes! Shaima can also be found MC'ing numerous Events, performing Stand Up as part of 'Funny Girls' which is the first and only all female comedy show in the MENA Region as well as portraying the role as 'Scholar' for the Swiss Magic Lantern Film Clubs.
